A long time Illadelph Retailer has recently been discovered to be carrying fakes along with our product. They have been cut from the Authorized Retailer list & will no longer be carrying any official illadelph products. 

They are a Canadian online distributor selling obvious fakes from China, many that can be found on DHgate previously. Avoid them at all cost.  

The Smokers Den in Bloomington IL and Normal IL have been spotted promoting fake illadelphs on their home page. They are 100% fakes.

Known to have sold counterfeit illadelphs to their customer base, lied and said they have an account with us. when discovered it was a fake, they were called out on it, demanded the customer leave the shop and never come back.  Avoid this shop at all costs.

$80 for a mini coil is a huge red flag. For any store to move at a dramatically low mark under cost is a huge sign that the piece may not be a legit illadelph. If you are ever worried about pricing or the legitimacy of a store, always feel free to reach out. Edgar Sodoz & his father are notorious throughout New Jersey for being employed at companies then abruptly leaving only to steal the companies designs. Being dubbed the "thieves of the industry". Edgar Sodoz was given a job at a repair company called Glass Concierge repairing illadelphs only to soon attempt to steal the designs and make counterfeit pieces with stolen joints from pieces. Due to their counterfeit endeavors, we must void all warranties that cross paths through their shed. Once a piece is altered our warranty grows void.

 

Several locals reached and informed us Holy Smokes in North Philly were selling blatant knock-off Illadelphs.  Always check our Authorized Retailer List to make sure you are buying a real piece from a real retailer. 

After customer contacted us to verify if their piece was legit or not, we confirmed that it was a pure knockoff. Given the fact, DJ smoke shop refused to issue a refund despite selling a fraudulent product.  Who would of figured that being terrible to customers and selling fake Illadelphs goes hand in hand.

No amount of promo codes and social media marketing is going to cover up the fakes Trichomes are trying to push. Its mind blowing how much of an inferior piece of work these knockoffs are AND they were marketed on the internet as the real deal. 
 

A local reported he bought a small piece from R/ Vape with very questionable quality. R/ Vape (from what we found) doesn't have a website or any social media pages, but address we were provided matches up with google street view. For any future purchases, please check our authorized retailer list. These locations are the only retailers where you can get Offical Illadelph Products.

A local customer reached to us concerning the authenticity  their new Illadelph piece. The customer purchased it from a local smoke shop, Smoke, Town, in Orchard, WA. The photos provided showed a low quality knock off. We encourage all our customers to check our location pages to ensure you are buying from an Authorized Illadelph Retailer.
